A beautiful Spring Wedding at the Central PA Wedding Venue, Moondancer Winery, located in Wrightsville, PA.
Alli and Matt chose this venue for their central pa wedding for the lovely chateau facade of Moondancer Winery and the view of the Susquehanna River. Bold pops of yellow and blue accented the day. Despite the rain storm that came right before the ceremony, Alli and Matt kept smiling and enjoyed their day to the fullest.
Alli and Matt both got ready at their venue. Alli’s simple and timeless satin slip dress accented with red lips suited her perfectly. Her and her mom enjoyed some special moments before going outside for three special first looks. She did first looks with her bridesmaids, her father, and lastly Matt!
With the threat of possible storms, we worked quickly to get all of the portraits done prior to the ceremony. The winery was a perfect backdrop for portraits. The balcony was a highlight for Alli. Doesn’t she look like a modern day Juliet up their with her dramatic cape?
Unfortunately, right before the ceremony was about to start, a rainstorm arrived. Alli and Matt’s amazing family and friends all stepped up! They quickly all helped to move the outdoor ceremony safely to the cover of the reception tent.
Safe and dry – the day continued. The start of the ceremony was full of laughs as Matt’s dad was a flower man. He gleefully threw yellow rose petals around the tent while dancing his heart out.
Then it was time for Alli’s dad to shine. As a minister, he officiated over the ceremony. I don’t believe there was a dry eye in the tent! At the end of the ceremony, Alli’s father announced them officially husband and wife, But, the crowd erupted in laughter once again. Even after much practice, Alli’s dad still could not pronounce his daughter’s new last name.
During the reception, the couple was treated with a gorgeous double rainbow. A perfect addition to a perfect day for this Central PA Wedding!
The day was so lovely and full of joy and love. Congrats to Alli and Matt!
