Casey and Brian had a beautiful Fall wedding at Springfield Manor located in Thurmont, Maryland, just outside of Frederick, Maryland. I’m a PA based bright and vibrant wedding photographer that also loves to travel.
The autumn leaves were really showing off. Fall leaves makes the perfect natural backdrop for a Fall Maryland Wedding.
The bride got ready inside of the historic home at the wedding venue. This beautiful mirror made her bridal portraits so classic and breathtaking. Bridal portraits are some of my favorite wedding day pictures to capture. This is YOUR moment on your big day. Brides, you’ll (probably) never be this made up or wear such a gorgeous gown and have something taking your photos again. I love how high the emotions are at this stage of the day.
The groom, Bryan, was downstairs in the groom’s suite getting ready. Don’t you love the green color of his suit? I love when groom’s aren’t afraid to add pops of color to their wedding day looks.
The bride and groom decided to do a first look on their wedding day. We set Bryan up by the beautiful fountain and had Casey, slowly walk up behind him. He had the largest smile on his face as he saw his soon to be wife for the first time on their wedding day.
Now that the bride and groom had their first look and a special moment together, it was time for their couple portraits.
The fall leaves are simply beautiful! Doing a first look allows you to spend more of the day together AND get a lot of the formal photos taken care of before the ceremony.
After their couple photos, Casey and Bryan had wedding party and family photos taken.
Wedding Ceremony time!
Can’t you just feel the love by the way the bride and groom look at each other?
Now it’s time to party! By keeping their guest count on the smaller side, the bride and groom had time to chat with all their guests. A night of dancing concluded a very special wedding day.
