These two were full of smiles and joy all day long. I loved how excited they were about every element of their day. This Harrisburg wedding had the most lovely setting. For instance, we kept dodging rain showers and moving from indoors to outdoors, yet they couldn’t stop laughing and smiling at each other! I was so excited to capture it all.
Mikaela created a custom wedding box to showcase her gorgeous engagement ring and wedding band. These detail photos are always such a fun way for me to start the story of the wedding day.
To start the day, the bridesmaids and groomsmen had fun getting ready together and anticipating all the excitement that was about to happen. Mikaela looked absolutely stunning for her bridal portraits. Fun fact: she got a tattoo of her wedding flowers prior to the wedding. Shades of Pink Wedding Flowers supplied the beautiful flowers. The mixture of the pinks, purples, and greens were simply lovely for a springtime Harrisburg wedding.
Following the heartfelt and moving ceremony, their first dance was pure magic. Mikaela and Francesco gazed into each other’s eyes while a dry ice formed low clouds swelled up around them. This effect made it appear like they were dancing in the clouds. Thanks for Mixed Up Productions for creating such a unique experience!
Rosie’s Creative Cakes provided a scrumptious (and beautiful) cake.
By the end of the reception, I wanted to be adopted by their family! Everyone was having a blast, singing and dancing and loving on each other. This Harrisburg wedding is a day they will all remember forever!
